In the year 2010 the Fanfara 'Nino Tramonti-M.Crosta' will be 43. This band, that many other band have tried to imitate, still maintains the main characteristics that sign the difference from all other bands.

Its members, the young ones and.. the'no more young' ones, are the basis of its existence: the first ones because they represent the future of this reality, the second because they have founded the basis of this band and they now are the memory of Fanfara's history. One of these pioneers is with no doubt Mr Carlo Cortellezzi, the undiscussed Director of the band that since the beginning has spurred its boys to reach the perfection of Fanfara's style.

At his time he learned too all Bersaglieri's values thanks to his family tradition and to his teacher Leandro Bertuzzo,known during the military service. Cortellezzi has himself been the example of that "total trust in oneself" that Alessandro La Marmora (founder of the corporation of Bersaglieri) had mentioned as basilar value for a Bersagliere.

Thanks to the environment and the commissions of all its components and friends "Fanfara of Lonate" can now offer its public very special shows,during which Bersaglieri can put together music, concert variety (the pieces performed by the Bersaglieri go from the military ones, till the classical and modern ones) and athletic capabilities: all spectators will remember the Carousels, very special shows during which our Bersaglieri play, run and create precise geometric figures.

We can't recollect the all activity of this wonderful band that since the first Raduno Nazionale in Ravenna (1967) has known no pause. What have to be remembered in all this career are the important international manifestations, parades, concerts carousels taken place in: Geneve, Stuttgart, Hannover, Paris, Lille, St.Etienne Heerlen, Tokyo, New York, S.Francisco,Reno,Vaduz,St. Petersburg,Valletta,Luxembourg... these are just few of the places where our Bersaglieri has brought a wind of youth,sympathy, fun united with a strong component of sacrifice, brotherhood and commitent, which are the basis of its existing. The future of the band hasn't been planned yet, is sure is the will to widespread and left to new generations the tradition of the Bersaglieri corps.
